recovering account without email

As per the title, I'm wondering if this is possible.

I had some issues a few months ago, and lost access to both passwords & recovery addresses.

If it is possible, I can probably provide some unique info. Unfortunately I cannot say for sure if I'm using the same IP address, as I think it may have changed.

The old account is cndy . (multiple attempts to log in today)
I think the email for it was andy.capp@
Created sometime between 2014 & 2016, I think, though it could have been as early as 2012.
