Canceled/Ended filter for SeriesWatch page.

Would be nice to have a way to distinguish between shows that have ended and shows that are on hiatus.

Right now, if N/A filter is enabled, it shows everything including long gone shows that won't have any new episodes. If N/A is disabled, it won't show shows that are active but don't have next episode date yet.

Solution would be to add another checkbox Ended, that would work in addition to N/A:
N/A off => Ended is ignored, works the same as now with N/A off
N/A on, Ended off => only current shows without next ep date
N/A on, Ended on => works the same as now with N/A on
