I have fed the config file my username and also my password but it still fails on the XML parsing as previously.

[removed] is the location.

I have edited the config file to insert my username and md5 hash, also changed the calendar name to Episodes.

Other than this and adding a php.ini file to allow URL file access the scripts are uploaded as is, and I still get the error with XML parsing.

that's great to hear.
version 2.8 also gives you the error on screen.
eg. wrong password, not php.ini functions...

If you got any improvments, please feel free to post

Not an improvement as such but because I have no use for the feature I have removed the addition of torrent searches into the calendar entry notes.

Something that I was considering though, as I have to still use the url prefixes to do so, is there a way to code the options such as showing episode titles into the configuration?

If you are okay with me doing so I will take out the bits of code of no use to me to slim down the file size

When using:
Cancel allday: &ad=off

Some shows gets lost from my calendar, and when I remove that command it shows gain.

One example is The show "Vicious"
On June 10 it shows when not using &ad=off
But it's gone when using it.

Other series on that day shows with &ad=off

This will depend on the length of the show from tvrage.
if they havent added the length, the show will dissapear on allday off.
Allday=off just reads the values from tvrage, but allday=on creates a allday event on that day

Thanks again for this fantastic tool.

From one of my earlier posts, I found that some of my shows were dropping out of my calendar.
Looking into this more (as its been happening a fair bit recently), it looks like when a TV show is updated (e.g. time/day change, or title change), these never get updated in google calendar.
I can check the url directly, e.g. http://www.mndesign.net/me2ic/ical.php?uid=USERNAME&tz=Australia/Sydney&cn=TV%20Episodes&pwdmd5=PASSWORD
and it is in there correctly, however the event never gets updated in google calendar.

Reading through these threads: http://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/calendar/wNJy-nWeul0
https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/calendar/tB7ICbqeLpo
http://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/calendar/dyblieByK6o
it looks like google calendar doesn't handle updates properly. Deleted/new events are fine though. Is there any workaround for the updated events?
Is it possible to identify a modified episode and delete/re-add it?

I absolutely love this script.
Since I'm not hosting it myself I was wondering if it's possible to set the magnetlink in the http://www.mndesign.net/me2ic/ical.php... string?
piratebay hasn't been the same since it got back up and I find katproxy.com to be a more stable provider and with more content.

I also read earlier in the thread that it was possible to set the quality by adding &q=720. this however doesn't seem to work for me. Has that option been removed?

Hi -- the script doesn't seem to be working correctly for ad=off flag. When I set this flag, the times are all 00:00.

Would the creator kindly validate that it is working correctly for ad=off?

I am trying to confirm if this method of populating to my Google CAL is still working. I have seen that the ICAL option is now available to VIP members who donate and this week it seems that the "site" that has housed this PHP code and performed adding this my calendar has stopped working.

So do anyone know if the www.mndesign.net/me2ic/ical.php?..... option is still working because when I tried to added it clean to my Google CAL to test what was going on it tells me it is no longer a valid site.

I'm not against paying someone but I am trying to find out if this old method still works before I look at the other options.

Thanks

The PHP script/Me2iC is now up and running again.
Was a minor bug with the newly updated PHP 5.5, but its now fixed.

The issue regarding canceling all day events is in the MyEpisodes site.
Their site is displaying air time as 00:00 and 01:00, so until they have fixed this, please dont use this option.

Im sorry about this, and hope it will be sorted out soon.
