Season 1 was Riders of Berk
Season 2 was Defenders of Berk
Season 3 is Race to the edge.

I got my hands on an episode and went through it, there is nothing to indicate what season it is. That title you have shown is just what the upload group called it who put it on the internet. If you can get me a link to a press release from netflix or some other reliable source (not wikipedia) then i can make the changes. If i make the changes without having any proof i'll get a pm and a warning about it. If you have or can get even a screen shot from netflix showing just one of these episodes as being labelled in season 3 that would also be enough.

So it is considered two separate seasons by the production company Dreamworks, that solves that.

If you were going to go that way then it should be listed as Season 2 as the first two were on the cartoon network (Just called Dragons) and now moved to Netflix (Called Dreamworks Dragons. But does carry on from the 2 season that were on the cartoon network) this is what causing problem with know what season is what.

The episode data / season data on this website comes from TVMaze and their policy is if a show continues on from another one on a different network it is seen as a continuation of that show, so they will see the show called Dragons as being 2 seasons and will then see Dreamworks Dragons as having 2 seasons so they will be seasons 3 & 4.

If Netflix or Dreamworks had've shown these new 13 episodes as being episodes 14-26, i could have had it fixed within 5 minutes, but both show i as being a new season so according to TVMaze rules the show is correct having 4 seasons.
