Well Ive just taken the time to type all this out and somebodys requested exactly the same feature. For the record, heres my request!:

[Request Name]
RSS Filter by watched

[Description]
I have cobbled together automatic TV downloads from newsgroups that dump TV programmes into a specific folder but with TV coming thick and fast at the moment I am finding the folder is getting clogged up. It would be great if you could add an extra filter to the RSS feeds to allow only show episodes from my list that have been flagged as watched (or alternatively return back the watched attribute in the feed). This will allow me to create a util to automatically archive episodes when I set them as being watched. I would find this very useful as Im sure would other intergraters

FYI, I have got a work around for this but it means I have to pull back three separate feeds (and I call the routine once every 15 mins, so that quite a lot of reads)

First of all I pull back my full list (i.e. rss.php?feed=mylist) and then my un-acquired list (i.e. rss.php?feed=mylist&onlyunacquired=1). I then subtract the two lists which gives me my acquired list (aka my already downloaded list).

Next I get my unwatched episodes (ie rss.php?feed=unwatched). I subtract this list from my already downloaded list (created earlier), where the remainder must be my watched episodes.

As you can see, its a bit round the houses and a single feed would be much nicer, but it does appear to work well enough so I can stick with it.

Idea It would be nice to know the implementation details as well. Apart from all the round trips, one problem with my solution is that it only works for recently aired programmes (as it is based on mylist). Sometimes I dont start watching a series until the season has completed, so it would be nice to filter by show id instead of by date, or perhaps better would be recently watched (as opposed to my solution which only gives watched from my recently aired list).

Seriously, forget it. MyEpisodes is great as-is but all development is dead, it hasnt changed in years. The whole request section needs to be locked really, with a sticky just to let people know.
Sad
